Being a Kindness Distributor is important. It does take some work on your part. Taking just one or two notes and writing a kind message on them before you go out to eat, go to the grocery store, go to the movies, or go to school, can change someone’s day, or even their life. For me, I like to write a whole notepad one day whenever I have free time so that whenever I go out, I’m able to spread as many as I can. There is no specific way that you have to do this, as long as the notes are kind and positive. I’ve seen some of the best reactions from these kind messages, and I know they have made me feel amazing; because I know that I left that note, that I wrote that message, and that they saw it. I’ve seen dancing, I’ve seen smiles, and I’ve seen people taking them and hanging them up on the wall for others to see. There are some reactions that I haven’t been able to witness, but I know that I’m making someone else happy. I know that I can be giving someone confidence, inspire them to do something that they’ve never done before, or do a kind act for someone else. Doing this makes me happy and I hope it makes you happy as well. We are changing the world, one note at a time, and I hope that you join me on this journey to go from causing a ripple effect of kindness in one community to causing a tsunami of kindness around the world.
