Being a Kindness Distributor is essential. It does take some work on your part. Taking just one or two notes and writing a kind message on them before you go out to eat, go to the grocery store, go to the movies, or go to school can change someone’s day or even their life. I like to write a whole notepad one day whenever I have free time so that whenever I go out, I can spread as many as I can. You have to do this in no specific way as long as the notes are kind and positive. I’ve seen some of the best reactions from these messages, and I know they have made me feel amazing because I know that I left that note, that I wrote that message, and that they saw it. I’ve seen dancing, I’ve seen smiles, and I’ve seen people taking them and hanging them on the wall for others to see. There are some reactions that I haven’t been able to witness, but I know that I’m making someone else happy. I know I can give someone confidence, inspire them to do something they’ve never done before, or do a kind act for someone else. Doing this makes me happy, and I hope it also makes you happy. We are changing the world, one note at a time, and I hope you join me on this journey to go from causing a ripple effect of kindness in one community to causing a tsunami of kindness worldwide.
